A Japanese company places a $3.2m order to Saffran group

Bears Inc, a Japanese tech company, selected Pakistan’s Saffran group to develop a high-tech IT platform for its real estate business. The estimated total cost for this development is 350 million JPY, out of which JPY 130 million worth of work has been completed.

The Pakistani ambassador Imtiaz Ahmad assured smooth completion of the order in a meeting held with Bears Real Estate President Michiyoshi Takuma and Saffran Group Chief Executive Officer Mirza Asif Baig.

According to PSEB and JETRO, this is the first direct order placed in the IT industry of Pakistan by a Japanese company. This indicates the increased International recognition of Pakistan and is an excellent motivation for entrepreneurs to start their career through the IT sector.
