Edge, a US-based startup, enables job creation in Pakistan

Edge, a US-based startup, recently revealed that through their operations in Pakistan, they have enabled the creation of jobs, with more than 200 jobs generated over the course of just 1 year.

Edge is a startup that was founded in January 2020 by Iffi Wahla, who is a Pakistani-American entrepreneur based in California. The startup works in collaboration with businesses and agencies across the United States by connecting them with their in-house talent and giving individuals the opportunity to work with independent firms. By operating in different service sectors, Edge is able to deliver the best of breed services to their clients under one umbrella.

The remote job opportunities provided by the startup have also been immensely helpful in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic that resulted in an unprecedented increase in unemployment across the globe.

Ultimately, the Client Associates that make up the Edge team provide a one-stop-shop for companies that require reliable, cost effective, and scalable solutions across a range of specializations, enabling the startup to provide immense value to all their stakeholders.

Edge is currently operational in the United States, Pakistan and Peru and the company intends to further expand its operations in the future, with the aim of bolstering its departments and growing the business to a team of 2000 by the end of 2023.
