Business Central Admin NayaPay has decided to partner with CodeGirls as they are committed to closing the gender gap in the technology industry, which is currently male dominated.
NayaPay is an Electronic Money Institution that acts as a digital wallet, enabling its app users to send money to friends and family, and set up a Visa debit card instantly for their online, in-store and international transactions. NayaPay’s Visa debit card is also accepted at millions of retail and online stores worldwide and at all the ATMs across Pakistan.
CodeGirls is a program that was founded by ConsulNet Corporation, with its partners United Global Initiative and WomenInTechPK. The bootcamp is looking to empower young women with coding and business skills, in order to help them kick start their careers, become financially independent, and excel in the tech industry. Ultimately, CodeGirls is on a mission to improve the gender parity in Pakistan’s tech industry.
Through this new partnership, NayaPay has committed to creating apprenticeship opportunities for graduates of the CodeGirls bootcamp, with the possibility of permanent employment available as well, which will hopefully assist CodeGirls in their admirable endeavor.
