The digital logistics company was launched in 2020 by co-founders, Muhammad Haroon Zahid and Qasim Noor Ahmed with a team consisting of 50 individuals. The customer simply has to select the size for area listed on their website in order to help the team make appropriate arrangements to fulfill the service.
TransGo is soon to launch their app to cater to customers that require their service. The app would require customers to upload clear photos of the luggage or furniture that they want to shift and then continue to confirm their booking for vendors to get started on their assistance. The shipment can also be tracked through the app adding more security for the user and helps them build trust with the company.
The app would also take valuable feedback from the customers in order measure performance of the team and would help them improve their service in future. The TransGo app will be available on both Google Play and App Store.
